All perishable items are packed in insulated thermal liners with non-toxic gel cold packs. We use expedited shipping to ensure your products arrive at the perfect temperature.

Are your goat milk products pasteurized?

Yes, all Goat Life dairy products undergo gentle pasteurization to ensure safety while preserving the natural flavor and nutritional integrity of the milk.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Do you ship to all 50 states?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes to ensure our delivery windows remain within food safety standards.

Are your goats grass-fed?

Absolutely. Our goats graze on open pastures and are supplemented with non-GMO forage to ensure the highest quality milk and meat products.

How long does the goat cheese stay fresh after opening?

Once opened, we recommend consuming our artisanal goat cheese within 7 to 10 days. Always keep it tightly wrapped and refrigerated.
